First the materials are cut in storehouse using a band saw and then different stages of machining a re carried out including boring in radial drill, turning using TN 40 lathing machine, internal & external grinding, observing the map of the primary stage, creating the place for pin using horizontal broach or slotting machine, carving numbers on pantograph, thread cutting using Reinicker machine, creating sharp edged grooves using Hackert milling machine or universal milling machines, creating CAM in Reinecker machines and deburring and removing extra parts by filtering, the cutting tools become ready for stress relaxation and heat treatment. During heat treatment cycle the tools reach the intended hardness and in final stages, the internal and external grinding in internal and external grinding machine and sharpening the sharp edge and finally form grinding, which is the main stage in cutting tools production process, are carried out. Then the tools are demagnetized and get ready to be used and sold.
